個人情報の委託について
お客様の個人情報を委託する場合には、預託先選定を実施し、個人情報の取り扱いを適切に行う事業者に対して行います。委託先事業者に対しては、弊社と同様に個人情報の適正な管理を実施するよう、継続的に指導し定期的に監査してまいります。
業務受託による個人情報の利用について
弊社では、他の事業者から受託した業務を遂行するため、預託された個人情報を利用する場合があります。預託された個人情報は、業務委託契約における委託業務を遂行する目的の範囲内で利用し、それ以外の目的では一切利用する事はございません。
開示請求、訂正、利用停止について
お客様は、弊社の保有個人データに対して個人情報の開示請求を行う事ができます。開示請求をお受けした場合には、弊社で定めるルールに基づきご本人様を確認の上、開示を行います。ご本人の確認ができない場合には、開示請求に応ずることができませんので、予めご了承ください。お客様の請求に基づき開示した結果、弊社の保有個人データに誤りがあった場合には、お客様の請求に基づき速やかに保有個人データの訂正を行います。訂正に必要な日数についてはその都度ご案内させていただきます。さらに、お客様から訂正のご依頼があったにも関わらず、弊社が訂正に応じない場合には、お客様は弊社に対し保有個人データの利用停止の請求をすることができます。お客様から保有個人データの利用停止の請求を受けた場合には、速やかに利用停止に応じることと致します。
